ORDERS

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders may only be modified or canceled before processing begins. Bridal and custom pieces cannot be canceled once production has started.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately at customerservice@savage.al. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address.

Are bridal pieces made-to-measure?
Our bridal line Siera includes both standard sizing and couture-level detailing. For custom sizing, please contact us directly.

How long does a bridal piece take to produce?
Production timelines vary depending on design complexity. Estimated timelines will be communicated individually.

Do you offer private bridal consultations?
Yes. Please contact us to arrange a personalized consultation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days for unused items with original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for refund.

Are sale items refundable?
No. Sale items, shoes, and accessories are final sale.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

No. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
