RETURN POLICY
savage.al accepts returns within 30 days from the date of receipt on items that are unused, unworn, and have their original tags attached. All returned items must be in their original condition to be eligible for refund or exchange.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or credit without exception. Final sale items may only be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability. All sale items, shoes, and accessories are final sale and sold as-is.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Please include your order number, item details, and reason for return in your message. Our team will respond within 7 business days with return instructions and authorization.
DOMESTIC RETURNS (ALBANIA)
For Exchange:

Exchanges are subject to availability

Include your return packing slip when shipping back items (one order per box)

All returned/exchanged items are subject to inspection by our team

If the requested size is unavailable, we will refund your original form of payment
For Refund:

Contact us to receive return authorization and instructions

Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt

Refunds will appear on your account within 5-7 business days after processing

Include your return packing slip when shipping back items
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international orders, please contact us to initiate your return.

All duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable

You may be able to recover customs fees by contacting your local customs bureau directly

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
